How do I start using my subscription?
After payment is confirmed, open the subscription link in your order and follow the instructions to choose a client and import it. You can also copy the link and add it in your preferred proxy client.
Why do you only accept USDT?
USDT / TRC20 reduces links to payment details such as names and bank cards. Fiat payment channels may create additional identity records; most VPNs that accept fiat payments may be unable to guarantee privacy or may risk exposing personal information.
Why does the amount have 6 decimal places?
The decimal difference identifies pending orders. Send exactly the amount shown, without changing the decimals. Network fees must not reduce the amount received.
Is delivery automatic after payment?
The server verifies the transfer and confirmations before issuing a subscription. There is no manual “I paid” step. Use your order ID to check later if delivery is pending. Maintenance or exceptional cases may need review.
What if I refresh or close the page?
Open “Find an order” and paste the full order ID to recover it. Credentials are not saved to browser local storage by default. Keep your order text file.
Can I pay after the window expires?
Do not pay after the payment window expires; create a new order. Late transfers and mismatched amounts are not automatically treated as valid payment. Keep the on-chain record for review.
